Wasel Phone — Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Wasel Phone, covering the Android app (sa.wasel.phone), SIP softphones on computers, the dashboard and the unified number service. By using the service you agree to them and to Wasel's general terms of service.

• Your company's account admin manages users and permissions.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.

• Wasel Phone is an internet calling service and must not be relied on for emergency calls. Use a mobile or landline to call emergency numbers (911, 997, 998, 999).
• Call quality depends on your internet connection and devices.
• If you enable call recording, you are responsible for informing callers as the law requires.
• Number allocation and the unified number are subject to CST regulations. Using the service for robocalls, spam or fraud is prohibited.
• Outbound minutes are charged per your plan; unusual usage may be suspended to protect you.

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the apps for your company's business during the subscription.
• You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the apps.
• The terms of the app store you downloaded from also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support.

Fees follow your plan or quote, plus VAT. The service may be suspended for late payment after notice.

We aim for continuous availability with scheduled maintenance announced in advance where possible, and provide support through the channels on our support page.

You may end the subscription per your contract term, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data before deletion.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is capped at what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
