Wasel Chat — Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Wasel Chat, covering the dashboard at chat.wasel.sa, the iOS and Android apps (sa.wasel.chat) and the website chat widget. By using the service you agree to them and to Wasel's general terms of service.

• Your company's account admin manages users and permissions.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.

• You must follow the WhatsApp Business and Meta Commerce policies and the terms of every channel you connect.
• Only send campaigns to customers who opted in, using approved templates, with a way to opt out.
• WhatsApp conversation and SMS fees charged by third parties are separate from Wasel's fees unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for message content and for telling your website visitors about the live chat in your own privacy policy.

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the apps for your company's business during the subscription.
• You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the apps.
• The terms of the app store you downloaded from also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support.

Fees follow your plan or quote, plus VAT. The service may be suspended for late payment after notice.

We aim for continuous availability with scheduled maintenance announced in advance where possible, and provide support through the channels on our support page.

You may end the subscription per your contract term, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data before deletion.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is capped at what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
