ERPNext services — Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ERPNext services, covering ERPNext implementation, customisation, hosting and support, and any mobile apps we build on it. By using the service you agree to them and to Wasel's general terms of service.

• Your company's account admin manages users and permissions.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.

• Scope, timeline and fees are set in the quotation or statement of work; any change is handled as a written change request.
• ERPNext is open-source software licensed under GNU GPL v3; custom work built for you is delivered as agreed in the contract.
• You provide data, decisions and reviews on time; deliverables are accepted on sign-off or after the agreed review period.
• Your data belongs to you, and we hand over a full copy on request.

Fees follow your plan or quote, plus VAT. The service may be suspended for late payment after notice.

We aim for continuous availability with scheduled maintenance announced in advance where possible, and provide support through the channels on our support page.

You may end the subscription per your contract term, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data before deletion.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is capped at what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
