ERPNext services — Privacy policy

This policy explains how Wasel handles data in ERPNext services, covering ERPNext implementation, customisation, hosting and support, and any mobile apps we build on it. It supplements Wasel's general privacy policy.

When your company uses our services, your company is responsible for its customers' and employees' data, and Wasel processes that data on its behalf and under its instructions.

• Your business data in the system: customers, suppliers, items, invoices, orders, stock, accounts and employee records.
• User accounts: name, email, permissions and sign-in logs.
• Files uploaded to the system and periodic backups when we host it.
• Project correspondence and support requests.

• To provide, operate and support the service.
• To send the notifications you choose.
• For security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
• For billing and legal obligations.

We don't sell data, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites, and our apps contain no advertising trackers.

We share data only as needed to provide the service or where the law requires:

• Hosting providers we contract with, and any integration you explicitly request (such as payment gateways or the e-invoicing platform).

Data is stored on servers operated by Wasel or by hosting providers we contract with under appropriate protection obligations.

We use encrypted connections (TLS), access controls and backups.

We keep your data for the term of hosting or support and hand you a full copy on request or at the end of the contract before deleting it.

To request deletion of your ERPNext services account and its associated data, email support@wasel.sa from the address on the account, or ask your company's account admin. We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it (such as billing records).

Under applicable law, including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction of and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent.

The service is for businesses and their staff and is not directed at anyone under 18.
