Terms of service – Wasel Mail

These terms govern your use of Wasel Mail, including the mail service at mail.wasel.sa, the Windows, Android and iOS apps and the Wasel Cloud integration. By using the service you agree to them, to Wasel's general terms and to the Wasel Mail privacy policy.

• Your company's service admin creates, manages and closes mailboxes.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for activity under your account, and for telling us immediately about suspected unauthorised access.
• Accounts you add from other providers (IMAP/SMTP) are governed by their provider's terms.

• Sending unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, malware or unlawful content is prohibited.
• We may apply sending limits and anti-spam rules to protect server reputation and all customers.
• Each mailbox has a storage quota according to your plan.

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Wasel Mail apps for your company's business during the subscription.
• You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the apps.
• The terms of the store you downloaded from also apply. Apple, Google and Microsoft are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support.

Fees follow your plan or quote, plus VAT. The service may be suspended for late payment after notice.

We aim for continuous availability with scheduled maintenance announced in advance where possible. Keep copies of important messages; we can't guarantee against data loss in circumstances beyond our control.

You may end the subscription per your contract term, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your mail over IMAP or request a copy before it is deleted within 30 days.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is capped at what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
